沙棘“生态经济育种”研究Ⅲ——半干旱地区沙棘杂交优势的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 在半干旱地区九成宫研究了"太阳"、"楚依"和"优胜"与"蛮汗山"杂种F1代无性株的杂种优势。结果表明,杂种性状优势表现为:提高了单株果枝数、新梢数、叶面积指数和百果重,并增强了对干旱的适应能力,产量有了明显的提高。杂种生理优势表现为:光合强度偏向母本,水分利用效率偏向于父本,没有"光合午休"现象。 the heterosis of F1 populations in Jiuchenggong of Inner Mongolia,the semiarid area has been studied,the F1 population have gotten by "Coнечная and Manhanshan","Чуйскаяand Manhanshan"and "Лревосходаяand Manhanshan".The results show that the F1 has a significant hererosis which performed with high quantity of fruit branches,tender branches,leaf area index and heavier weight of 100 berries.And on the other hand,the F1 plants have a better adaptability to the dry eco-condition and higher fruit productivities.The research on the physiological of F1 show that the photosynthetic strength inherited their mother parent(Russia seabuckthorn) and the water use efficiency prefer to their father parent(Chinese seabuckthorn),the "lunch break" has not found in the F1 population.
