Starting with the position and functions of procuratorial organs,the disposal measures of procuratorial organs in different stages of examining juvenile crimes are analyzed,and the roles of these organs in implementing juvenile non-custodial disposal are discussed,including the control over arrest rate at the stage of examine and arrest,the reference of postponed prosecution system at the stage of review and prosecution,and the participation in community correction after the trial.
