摘要
从高校本科应用性人才培养模式和区域经济嫁接的必要性入手,通过分析二者嫁接的内涵与特点,探讨了应用性人才培养与区域经济实现优良"嫁接"的途径和方式,学校要在专业、人才、成果的应用性上做足文章,地方政府要宏观指导和科学管理,构建校企合作、交流和互动机制,以期通过对应用性高级人才的有效培养,服务区域经济发展,实现学生发展、学校发展和区域经济发展的"共赢"。
Starting with the necessity of grafting the cultivation mode of application-typed undergraduate talents and regional economy,by analyzing the conceptions and characters of the two,the approach and method to realize a good grafting of the cultivation of application-typed talents and regional economy is discussed.Universities should make full preparation for the application of specialties,talents and achievements,and local governments should give macro-guidance and scientific administration to construct cooperative,exchange and interactive mechanisms between universities and enterprises,so that through effective cultivation of advanced application-typed talents,regional economic development can be served,and the ＂win-win＂ of the development of students,university development and regional economy can be realized.
