摘要
分析公立专科医院的现状与新"医改"取消药品加成收入后公立专科医院生存与发展问题,在吸取以往"全额预算补助"和"差额预算补助"优点的基础上,提出了对公立专科医院实行分类管理、建立科学的运行机制和分类补偿机制的建议。
We analyzed the current status of public specialized hospitals and the impact by new health reform. Based on previous whole budget subsidy and reminder budget subsidy, we proposed to implement classified management, scientific running mechanism and differentiated reimbursement.
