摘要 在分析当前影响火电机组能耗高的各种原因的基础上,文章着重从施工安装的角度分析影响机组技术经济指标和安全稳定运行的各个因素,重点从提高火电机组真空严密性、提高汽轮机综合热效率、降低发电机漏氢率、降低凝汽器端差、降低机组补水率等方面做了分析,有针对性给出提高火电经济型和降低机组能耗的措施,为在施工中提高火电机组安装质量提供了有益的借鉴。 Based on the analysis of various reasons affect high energy consumption of thermal power unit, this pa- per analyzes each factor which affects technical and economic indicator and stable safety operation on the aspect of construction and installation. Key points of improving vacuum tightness of thermal power unit and thermal effi- ciency of steam turbine, reducing hydrogen leakage of generator, difference of condenser and make-up water rate of unit have been also analyzed. Measures improving thermal power economy and reducing energy consumption of unit are put forward, which provides benefit reference for improving installation quality of thermal power unit in the construction.
