摘要
输电线路前期规划阶段常存在资料收集不便、纸质地图时效性差、路径方案比选不够直观性等问题,结合Google Earth在500 kV玉林变~玉林二变线路设计中应用,对Google Earth提供的三维地形数据及卫星影像进行正确性及精度的比较分析,以确定Google Earth资源应用于输电线路设计的可行性、有效性及具体范围,从而使得当前输电线路工程可以低成本方式实现从二维设计向三维设计转变,提高了线路设计效率和准确性,应用前景广泛。
Usually, problems on inconvenient data collection and poor timeliness of paper medium map and non- intuitive comparison and selection of path schemes, etc, exist in the preliminary planning phase of transmission line. The article compares and analyzes correctness and accuracy of Google Earth three dimensional terrain data and satellite image in order to ensure feasibility, effectiveness and detailed scope of Google Earth applied in the transmission line in view of applications on Google Earth in the design of 500kV line from Yulin Substation to Yulin II Substation. It can realize the transformation from two dimensional designs of recent transmission line project to three dimensional designs of recent transmission line project based on low cost and promote effectiveness and accuracy of line design with widely application prospect.
