摘要
在采用加大流量法等优化措施的同时,运用FLUENT流体计算软件及GAMBIT前处理软件,采用三维K-ε双模型方程对泵内部流场进行模拟仿真,再从优化泵内流动特性的角度出发,确定合理的优化措施,设计了一台高扬程、高转速、高效率、能在大流量范围稳定工作的液体火箭发动机用超低比转速离心泵。对比试验验证表明,这种结合内流场特性的优化设计是可行的,而且快速高效。
The 3-D K-ε dual-model equation was adopted to simulate the inner flow field of the centrifugal pump,while the optimization measures such as the method of increasing flow of the pump and so on were employed.A high-lift,high-speed,ultra-low specific speed and high-performance centrifugal pump for LRE was designed with FLUENT flow calculation software and GAMBIT predisposing software by adopting the appropriate optimum measures.The results of hydraulic test indicate that the performance of the pump is excellent,and the optimal design method based on the computation of the centrifugal pump inner flow field is feasible and efficient.
