如何对地价监测资料进行空间数据挖掘,直观地展现和分析数据结果,准确地反映出地价的时空演化规律,是城市地价动态监测研究的关键问题.针对此问题,利用GIS软件和商业地价监测资料,建立数字地价模型,利用空间数据挖掘中的空间分析方法,对地价进行空间分析,实现基于地价等值线图和地价剖面图的地价分析,揭示地价的时空演化规律.

Information on how to properly monitor the land distribution and how to portray the results and used to analyze and accurately reflect the spatial and temporal evolution of land is urban land price monitoring of the key issues. To solve this problem, it establishes land price model based on GIS software and commercial land monitoring data, and uses method of spatial data mining,to achieve land price spatial analysis based on contour map and land premium profile map, and reveals the evolution of commercial space land.
