阳离子高分子絮凝剂的制备及絮凝性能研究 被引量:11

摘要 以丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰丙基三甲基氯化铵为单体通过水溶液共聚合成了阳离子高分子絮凝剂P(AM-MAPTAC),并对合成工艺进行了研究。实验结果表明,采用过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂且用量为单体总质量的0.04%,反应时间2h,pH值为4,反应温度55℃,nAM/nMAPTAC=3的条件下,产物相对分子质量可达3.73×106,丙烯酰胺的聚合度为12 200,甲基丙烯酰丙基三甲基氯化铵聚合度为14 700,阳离子度为38.71%,P(AM-MAPTAC)粗产率达81.63%。在絮凝剂用量为200mg/L,絮凝温度50℃,染料废水pH值为3的条件下,废水COD由原液的1 648mg/L降至490mg/L,脱色率可达54.45%。红外分析结果与文献一致。 The cationic macromolecule flocculant [-P(AM- MAPTAC)] is synthesized with acrylamide and methacrylamido propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as monomers through aqueous solution copolymerization, and the synthesis processes are researched. Experiments results show that adopting ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulphite as initiators and its mass frac- tion is 0.04 % of total quality of monomers, under the conditions of reaction time 2 h, pH value 4, reaction temperature 55 ~C, and ratio of acrylamide to methacrylamido propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride 3, the relative molecule weight can reach 3.73 ~ l0s , the degree of polymerization for AM is 12 200, for MAPTAC is 14 700, cationic degree is 38.71~//00, gross yield rate rea~ ehes to 81. 630//00. On the floceulant conditions that the dosage of floeeulant is 200rag/L, temperature is 50℃, and pH value of dye-wastewater is 3, the COD of dye-wastewater changes from 1 648 mg/L to 490 mg/L, and the decolorization reaches to 54.45%. The infrared spectra of the product accord with the literature.
