摘要
扬子石化炼油厂800kt/a催化裂化(FCC)装置引入固相环流技术,分别对反应器的预提升段及汽提器的结构进行了一系列改造,提高了油剂接触效率和油气与催化剂分离效果。工业应用结果表明,装置的生焦量大幅降低,提高了轻质油产品的收率。
Based on gas-solid internal airlift loop technology, the pre-lift zone and stripper of 800 kt/a catalytic cracking (FCC) unit are remoulded in refinery plant of Yangzi Petrochemical Corporation. The contact efficiency and separation effect between crude oil and catalyst are enhanced. The industrial application results show that the coke yield is sharply decreased and the yields of light-oil products are increased.
