结核分枝杆菌小分子热休克蛋白Hsp16.3功能及与结核病的关系研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 结核病依然是对人类健康具有极大威胁的传染性疾病之一,而结核分枝杆菌能在巨噬细胞内长期存活是其引起结核病的主要因素之一。近年研究发现,结核分枝杆菌小分子热休克蛋白Hsp16.3是在结核分枝杆菌进入宿主巨噬细胞后大量表达的一个存在于膜上的主要抗原蛋白。由于结核分枝杆菌小分子热休克蛋白Hsp16.3在结核分枝杆菌潜伏于宿主巨噬细胞过程中扮演的重要角色,其已经越来越受到人们的关注。 Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that is a serious threat to human health,and persistence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in macrophages is one of the main causes of tuberculosis.Recent studies have found that M.tuberculosis small heat shock protein Hsp16.3 is a major antigenic protein expressed on the membrane of host macrophages once M.tuberculosis enters them.M.tuberculosis small heat shock protein Hsp16.3 has garnered greater attention since it plays an important role in host macrophages in the latent phase of tuberculosis.
