120例产后出血原因分析

Analysis of 120 cases of postpartum hemorrhage

目的：探讨产后出血的原因，提出防治措施。方法：对2007年7月-2011年6月120例发生产后出血病例进行回顾分析。结果：引起产后出血的因素主要是子宫收缩乏力、胎盘因素、软产道损伤。结论：产后2h严密观察，尽早发现产后出血，有出血倾向及早采取正确的治疗措施，可有效地预防和治疗产后出血。

Objective： To investigate the e of postpartum hemorrhage, proposed contml measures. Methods： 120 cases of postpartum h hage of July 2007 - June 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The main factors causing postpartum hemorrhage is uterine atony, placental factors, the soft birth canal injury. Conclusion： 2 h post- close observation, early detection of postpartum hemorrhage, bleeding tendency to take early and appropriate treatment measures can effectively prevent and treat postpartum hemorrhage.
