缬沙坦与卡托普利治疗高血压压临床疗效比较

目的：比较缬沙坦与卡托普利治疗轻中度高血压的疗效。方法：将100例轻、中度高血压病患者随机分为缬沙坦组与卡托普利组各40例，分别用缬沙坦160mg／d、卡托普利75mg／a治疗4周。比较二组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果：缬沙坦有效率为82％，不良反应发生率为8％；卡托普利有效率70％，不良反应发生率为26％。二组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：缬沙坦治疗轻中度高血压疗效可靠，安全。不良反应少。

Objective to compare losartan and enalapril treatment of hypertension mild - moderate donor curative effect. Methods 100 eases of light, medium high blood pressure patients were randomly divided into losartan group and enalapril group of each separately in 40 cases, losartan 160 mg/d and enalapri175 mg/d treatment 4 weeks. Compares two groups of patients with clinical curative effect, adverse reaction rate. Results losartan effective rate was 82%, the rate of 8% ; bad reaction Enalapfil effectiveness 70%, adverse reaction was 26%, and two groups was statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion losartan treatment effect, safe reliable mild - to - moderate hypertension, fewer side effects.
