不同浓度右美托咪定复合罗哌卡因用于肌间沟臂丛阻滞的临床观察

摘要 目的:探讨不同剂量右美托咪定联合罗哌卡因在肌间沟臂丛阻滞的麻醉效果,以供临床参考。方法:将我院2010年06月一2011年06月收治的60例上肢手术的患者。随机分为两组。Ⅰ组患者给予50ug右美托咪定联合0.375%罗哌卡因30ml,Ⅱ组患者给予100ug右美托咪定联合0.375%罗哌卡因30ml。比较两组患者麻醉期间的生命体征、麻醉效果、镇痛持续时间及不良反应。并将结果进行统计学分析。结果:两组患者在手术中均取得了较好的麻醉效果,患者无明显不良反应。两组患者在麻醉效果方面,无明显差异,P〉0.05。Ⅱ组患者麻醉镇痛持续时间明显长于Ⅰ组患者,P〈0.05;Ⅰ组患者不良反应发生率明显低于Ⅱ组患者,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:不同浓度的右美托咪定与罗哌卡因联合,其作用时效与剂量有明垦的相关性,医生需根据患者的实际情况进行选择。 Objective Of dexmedetomldine ropivaeaine combined with different concentrations of drags in intersealene brachial plexus block anesthesia for clinical reference. Methods In our hospital in June 2010 - June 2011 were treated 60 cases of upper limb surgery were randomly divided into two groups. Group Ⅰ were treated with 50ug joint dexmedetomidine given ropivacaine 0. 375 %, Ⅱ group were treated with 100ug dexmedetomidine given mpivacaine 0.375% combined, compared two groups of patients vital signs during anesthesia, anesthetic effect, the town duration of pain and adverse reactions, and the results were statistically analyzed. Result Two groups of patients in the surgery have achieved good anesthesia, the patient had no adverse reactions. Two groups of patients in the anesthetic effect, no significant difference, p 〉 0.05. Group Ⅱ patients analgesia lasted significantly longer than group Ⅰ patients, p 〈 0.05 ;Ⅰ incidence of adverse reactions in patients was significandy lower than Group Ⅱ patients, p 〈0.05, significant difference. Conclusion Different concentrations of dexmedetomidine given ropivacaine combined with its role in aging and a clear dose - related, the doctor must be based on the actual situation of the patient's choice.
