摘要
目的:探讨不同剂量依托咪酯乳剂与芬太尼配伍用于麻醉诱导对于病人的血流动力学影响。方法:选择60例15—60岁,ASAⅠ—Ⅱ级的择期手术病人随机分为Ⅰ组(依托咪酯低剂量组0.3mg/kg)、Ⅱ组(依托咪酯高剂量组0.5mg/kg)。麻醉诱导Ⅰ组:芬太尼3u∥kg,依托咪酯O.3mg/kg;Ⅱ组芬太尼3u罟/kg,依托咪酯0.5mg/kg。术中监测心电图、心率、无创血压、经皮血氧饱和度。结果:与麻醉诱导前相比Ⅰ、Ⅱ组在诱导期血压心率均有所下降,Ⅱ组下降幅度更大。结论:低剂量依托咪酯乳剂复合芬太尼更适合于维持全麻诱导的血流动力学稳定。
Objiective To investigate the effects of fentanil witth different dose etomidate emulsibn on hemodynamics in patient to induction of general Anesthesia. Methods 60 patients, aged 15 - 60 years, ASA Ⅰ- Ⅱ, were randomly allocated to group Ⅰ (0.3 mg/kg) and group Ⅱ (0.5mg/kg). Anesthesia was induced with fentannil and etomidate 0.3mg/kg in group Ⅰ , and etomidate 0.5mg/kg in group Ⅱ. Measured ECG,HR,SBP,DBP,SpO2 during induction of general Anesthesia. Result After etomidate and fentanll injection systolic and diastolic blood pressure and hart rate all decreased before endotracheal incubation compared with those before in two groups , group Ⅱ dcrease more (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Lower dose etomidate emulsion compared fentanil can maintain stable hemodynamics in patient during induction of general Anesthesia.
