腹主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术的护理探讨

目的：通过对32例主动脉瘤患者的手术期护理分析，总结腹主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术手术期护理。方法：结合我科2007年4月-2011年5月共32例腹主动脉瘤患者的护理资料，进行分析总结。结果：32例腹主动脉瘤患者均行腔内隔绝术，手术过程顺利且术后均痊愈。结论：腹主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术手术期需要配合全面精心护理，密切监测各项生命体征，才能保证手术的顺利进行，减少恢复期并发症的发生。

Object： according to analyze of course of 32 abdominal aortic aneurysms （AAA） patients nursing care, the experience of the nursing of abdominal aortic aneurysms have been summarized. Method： analyzing of 32 abdominal aortic aneurysms （AAA） patients nursing care information from 2007.4 -2011.5. Results： the 32 patients fully recovered from abdominal aortic aneurysms （AAA） by taking the endovascular graft exclusion （evge）. Conclusion： during the time of endovaseular graft exclusion （evge）, qualities nursing and carefully supervising the life condition are not only ensuring operation can be in progress successfully, but reducing appearances of the complication in recovering times.
