自然分娩后尿潴留致产后出血的原因分析及护理

目的：探讨产后尿潴留引起产后出血的相关因素，降低产后出血的发生率，提出合理的防治措施。方法：对我院2010年9—2011年5月5例自然分娩后尿潴留引起产后出血患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果：导致子宫收缩乏力引起产后出血原因为第二产程延长，阴道手术助产，腹壁松弛等原因引起尿潴留所致。结论：尿潴留是造成子宫收缩乏力性产后出血原因之一，产后应严密观察。积极防治尿潴留，杜绝正常产后尿潴留致产后出血的发生。

Objective To investigate the cause of postpartum urinary retention factors of postpartum hemorrhage, reduced the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, a reasonable control measures. Conclusion Urinary retention is caused by uterine atony causes postpartum hemorrhage, one post should be closely observed, to prevent and treat urinary retention, to prevent the normal post - natal urinary retention caused by postpartum hemorrhage.
