高血压126例临床用药观察及护理

Observation of clinical medicine and nursing of 126 patients with hypertension

目的：结合临床实践经验，探讨高血压临床用药以及护理要点。方法：取2008年6月一2009年6月期间，我院收治的高血压患者126例为研究对象，采用总结回顾分析法，将研究对象的临床资料进行搜集整理，并与经治医师、责任护士共同探讨病例，探讨高血压临床用药以及护理要点。采用Mi-crosoft Excel建立数据库。运用SPSS13．0统计软件进行统计分析。所有计量资料用（均数±标准差）表示，采用t检验，取P〈0．05为差别有统计学意义。结果：126例患者接受治疗后，其中显效84例（66．66％），好转34例（26．98％），无效8例（6．34％）。总有效率为93．65％，患者治疗前后血压，自身对照有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片为治疗高血压效果显著，值得临床推广应用，同时应配合相应护理措施，以促进患者早日康复。

Objective： To can＇y out main point of Hypertension treatment and nursing with Clinical practice experience. Methods： Select 126 cases in our hospital In June 2007 - June 2009 as the research object. Review summary of analysis, collected and reviewed the clinical data and other, and talk with the treating physician, the responsibility of nurses to discuss cases. Establishment of a database using Microsoft Excel, using SPSS 13. 0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Use T test, taking P 〈 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results ： After receiving treatment, in126 patients, there was markedly 84 patients （66.66%）, improved in 34 patients （26.98%） , 8 cases （6.34%）. The total effective rate was 93,65% , before and after treatment , the blood pressure of selfcontrol were significantly different （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets for the treatment of high blood pressure effect is remarkable, worthy of clinical application, taking care with the appropriate measures to promote early recovery of patients
