浅谈儿科护理沟通障碍及对策

摘要 目的:探讨儿科护患沟通中存在的问题分析导致儿科护患沟通障碍的表现形式寻找适合儿科特点的护患沟通模式。方法:通过对2008年1月-2010年12月3000例住院患儿及家长进行沟通调查,总结有效沟通方法及消除沟通障碍对策。结果:通过改变护患沟通方式、方法和技巧,达到护患有效沟通的目的。结论:良好的护患沟通。即密切了护患关系,又增加了患儿及家长遵医行为,减少了护患纠纷的发生。
