摘要 以家兔为实验材料,用MedLab系统采集处理生物信号,对血压、呼吸、泌尿、减压神经放电综合实验进行了设计,并通过实践对实验过程中所用的仪器装置、方法进行了改进。该设计实验可以利用一只家兔进行多个实验,能充分节省实验动物、时间,也可提高实验成功率。几种实验装置的改进均属于废物利用,材料经济易得、制作成本低、易清洗,值得推广使用。改进后的方法可减少给药时间,降低了操作难度,也不会导致家兔气管内出血,不会影响尿量,使得所测结果更真实准确。 Taking the domestic rabbit as the experimental material, using the MedLab system to gather and process biology signals,a synthesis experiment was designed to test the blood pressure, breath, aropoiesis, and depressor nerve electric discharge. Besides, improvement was made of the device and the method being used in the experiment. As a result,a rabbit can be sued for a many experiments, saving experimental animals and experimental time, and increasing the success rate of the experiments. The improvement of several experimental devices was realized by utilization of waste, significantly decreasing the cost. The improved methods could reduce administration time and operation difficulty. Moreover, it did not cause tracheal bleeding and affect the amount of urine, making the test more realistic and test result more accurate.
