摘要
实验室是高校的重要组成部分,需对其进行科学高效的管理,才能更好地为教学科研服务。本文论述了中国计量学院生命科学科学学院的现状及存在的问题,重点阐述了在实验室分层管理、实验技术人员考核办法、综合实验室维持基金制、实验耗材预算管理办法及在监督措施和效能提升方面的具体做法和成效,为生命科学、农学、医学等类型的学院实验室管理提供借鉴。
Scientific and efficient management of Laboratories is vital for better teaching and research. This paper discussed the status and problems in the laboratory of College of Life Sciences,in China Jiliang University. It focuses on the practice and improvement of the effectivency of the hierarchical management, assessment methods of laboratory technicians ,fund system of integrative labs, management of laboratory supply budget and monitoring the measures, which might provide useful and practical references for the laboratory management in college of life sciences, agriculture, medicine, etc.
