摘要
黑龙江中医药大学在国家级实验教学示范中心建设中,加强实验技术人员队伍建设的实践,引进硕士、博士充实实验技术队伍、加强梯队建设;实施知识、技能、素质三位一体的新型人才培养模式;坚持普及与提高相结合、理论与实践相结合、在职与脱产相结合、长期与短期相结合的培养方针;针对中心青年技术人员较多的特点,实施"四个一"培养计划;设立专项经费,加大实验技术队伍培训力度;建立科学、合理的量化考核制度和激励机制,并将中心实验教学队伍的过去与现在进行对比,为学校建设一支高水平、高素质、结构合理的实验教学队伍提供参考依据。
Experimental teaching is irreplaceable in cultivating students' innovative ability and practice ability. The team of experimental teaching is playing an increasing important role in scientific research and social service in colleges and universities. Strengthening the construction of laboratory technician team is of great importance in university laboratory construction. The necessity of strengthening the construction of experiment teaching team in colleges and universities was discussed,and the process of estabilishing the national grade experimental taaching demonstration center in Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was introduced.
