摘要
目的:探讨脑电图(EEG)与脑电地形图(BEAM)对急性脑梗塞的临床诊断价值。方法:比较急性脑梗塞患者EEC、BEAM检测结果与同期头颅CT/或MRI结果异同。结果:急性脑梗塞72h内EEG异常率为88.7%,CT并常率为67.9%,差异有统计学意义(20.8%,存在着明显差异(P〈0.05)。EEG异常表现为广泛性或局限性改变,BEAM频带对梗塞的定侧、定位能力最强。结论:EEG、BEAM检查可在早期发现急性脑梗塞,可以作为CT或MRI检查阴性病例的补充。
