急性脑梗塞的脑电地形图及脑电图特征

目的：探讨脑电图（EEG）与脑电地形图（BEAM）对急性脑梗塞的临床诊断价值。方法：比较急性脑梗塞患者EEC、BEAM检测结果与同期头颅CT／或MRI结果异同。结果：急性脑梗塞72h内EEG异常率为88．7％，CT并常率为67．9％，差异有统计学意义（20．8％，存在着明显差异（P〈0．05）。EEG异常表现为广泛性或局限性改变，BEAM频带对梗塞的定侧、定位能力最强。结论：EEG、BEAM检查可在早期发现急性脑梗塞，可以作为CT或MRI检查阴性病例的补充。
