绵阳市血液采供情况分析与对策

目的：寻求献血招募的新思路，以缓解血液供需紧张局面。方法：对绵阳市2006年-2010年献血人次、献血量、献血者区域分布及临床用血情况进行统计分析。结果：献血人数和献血量呈逐年上升，临床用血量逐年递增。但每年1、7、8、12月献血人数、献血量明显偏低，主要依靠招募团体无偿献血。血液征集季节性困难状况明显。无偿献血者以城区为主。结论：随着临床用血量逐年上升，寻求献血招募的新思路，建立固定的献血者队伍，探索无偿献血招募的长效机制，保证血液质量。弥补血液偏型和淡季献血不足困难。保证血液供应。

To seeking a new method of blood donors by recruit for the reason that the condition of deficient donors recently. Methods ： Authors analysed with statistical technique for offer degree, quantity, area distributing and the condition of clinical using blood in Mianyang city between 2006 and 2010years. Results： Donor numbers , the quantity of offer and clinical using blood were rising year after year, whereas these data were lower in Jan, Jul,Aug and Dec yearly. At this months,the condition of clinical usring blood depended on volunteer by recruited groups. The seasonal disadvantage status of collected blood was very obvious. Those volunteer donors were come from the city zone basically. Conclusion ： We need to probe into a long effect mechanism of volunteer donors by recruit and to establish the steady donor groups and to seek a new method of donors for recruit along with the quantity of clinical using blood are rising year after year in order to ensure the blood quality and to supply a gap for unwonted blood type and quantity insufficiency of blood in the off - seasons so that ensuring blood serve.
