宽恕的概念、影响因素及总结展望

摘要近二十年来，宽恕日益受到心理学界的广泛关注，已取得了丰硕的成果，但是对宽恕的研究还处于宽恕他人的研究层面，关于自我宽恕和寻求宽恕层面很少涉及到。本文介绍了宽恕的概念、影响因素、以及发展理论，进而对宽恕的研究进行展望。
