民国时期公共图书馆服务研究

On the Public Library Services during the Republic of China(1912—1949)

民国时期图书馆事业得到空前发展,公共图书馆无论在数量还是质量上都是主流,在强国富民的社会建设中发挥了重要的作用。公共图书馆服务从个别性走向普遍性,从只为少数人服务走向为全社会民众服务。读者范围不断扩大,服务管理规范、服务方式多样,建立以读者为中心的服务理念,还初涉读者研究、读者教育等现代图书馆服务理念,为现代图书馆服务提供参考和借鉴。

The undertaking of the library got an unprecedented development during the period of the Republic of China, all main streams no matter on the quantity or quality as the public library, have played an important role in the social construction which building up a powerful nation and making the people rich. The public library service developed from the privacy to the public, from only serving a few people to serving people of the whole society. The reader range was expanding constantly, the management of the service was standard, the method of service were various. The service theory that regard reader as the centre was set up together with the modern library service theory, such as the research of reader and reader education for the first time, which can offer reference and draw lessons from for the modern library service.
