论文结合上海市杨浦区图书馆的实践,从主题图书馆的功能定位、资源组织、服务模式等方面对区级图书馆打造主题图书馆、开展特色服务进行了探讨。

Based on the case of Theme Library in Shanghai Yangpu Distrct Library, this paper discusses the theme library＇s building and its special services of district libraries from the angles of subject locating, resources organizing and service model.
