摘要
农村居民点复垦是坚持节约用地,推进新农村建设的客观要求。科学划定规划期农村居民点用地退出图斑,是测算农村居民点复垦潜力的关键所在。XF-GF空间合成识别技术体系是指以地理信息系统(Geograph-ical Information System,GIS)为技术平台,将农村居民点用地现状分析与农村居民点用地规划分析进行空间合成,科学划定规划期农村居民点用地退出图斑的技术体系。以ArcGIS9.3为研究平台,利用GIS叠加分析功能,构建XF-GF空间合成识别技术体系,对潼南县双江镇双林村农村居民点复垦潜力进行定量与定位分析。研究结果表明:到规划目标期,双林村共退出农村居民点图斑99个,复垦潜力273 997.56m2。XF-GF空间合成识别技术在农村居民点复垦潜力定量定位分析中有借鉴意义。
Rural residential land reclamation is the objective requirements of new rural construction and economical use of land.It is a key of Scientific designation of rural residential area in planning period to measure reclamation potential of rural residential land.XF-GF space synthesis recognition system is a technical system that is used to designate exited polygons by synthesising status analysis and planning analysis of rural residential land on the platform of geographical information system.Taking ArcGIS9.3 as research platform,XF-GF space synthesis recognition system is built by using overlay analysis feature for quantitative and location analysis on land reclamation potential of rural residential area of Shuanglin village.The results show that Shuanglin village will exit 99 rural residential polygons,which means the land reclamation potential of Shuanglin are 273 997.56m2.XF-GF space synthesis recognition model can be taken as a reference method in quantitative and location analysis of land reclamation potential of rural residential area.
