摘要
针对采棉机滚筒这一复杂产品的设计要求,讨论了协同虚拟装配在设计过程中的重要作用,阐述了涉及到的一些关键技术和解决办法,包括虚拟装配部件的建立、实时碰撞检测、装配路径规划以及协同操作的实现等问题。应用产品协同装配操作仿真平台VAPlatform,建立了采棉机滚筒的协同交互操作系统,实现了滚筒的装配路径规划以及装配过程的可视化,为采棉机的整机装配提供了依据。
The cotton picker is a kind of complex product.This paper discusses the importance of collaborative virtual assembly in design process under the design require,states some key technology and solution methods which include the modeling of virtual assembly parts,real-time collision detection,assembly path planning,realization of collaborative operating,and so on.It establishes the collaborative interactive operation system of cotton picker roller,realizes the assembly path planning of the roller and the visualization of the assembly path,and provides a set of reasonable operation guide for the workers to assemble the whole cotton picker.
