摘要
在棉花收获期间,籽棉装载机作为转运和装载工具,发挥着十分重要的作用。在其工作过程中,籽棉装载机举升机构处于疲劳强度大的状态。针对上述问题,利用ADAMS进行动力学分析,并且运用参数化建模方法对籽棉装载机举升机构进行优化。仿真结果验证了初始设计的可行性,确立了在物理样机设计中的关键设计参数,为进一步的优化设计和轻量设计提供了依据。
During the harvest of cotton,the loader of cotton plays an important role in transporting and loading the cotton.In the working process of the loader of cotton,the lifting mechanism of the loader is in the state of the large fatigue strength.Aiming at this problem,the paper applies software ADAMS to simulate the dynamic property and proposes a method for optimized design based on the parametrized model.The virtual simulation results verify the feasibility of the initial structure design,and establish the design key design parameter in the physical prototype,and give further design considerations about optimization design and light weight design of the loader of cotton.
