LDP-80型林带断根铺膜机的实体设计与试验

Entitative Design and Test of Shelter Belt Root Cutting and Plastic Film Paving Machine LDP-80 Type

采用截林沟及断根方式治理农田林影地不但效率低、有效期短,而且还会破坏农田生态环境。为了解决此问题,创新设计了一次进地即可完成开沟、断根及垂直铺膜3项作业的林带断根铺膜机,通过机械化断根和垂直铺膜作业将林带阳性根系对附近农田造成的不良影响有效阻断。试验结果表明,采用该机对农田防护林带实施断根铺膜作业效率高,有效期长,可使绝产的农田林影地作物产量达到附近正常农田的90%以上。

To repair the cropland side-effected by the shelter belt with the method of interceptive ditch and tree root cutting is inefficient、short effective and destroys the cropland＇s entironment yet.To solve the problem,a machine can ditching、 cutting root and paving plastic film vertically at the same time has been innovative designed.Using this machine can effective intercept the blight of the shelter belt to the cropland.It＇s efficient and long effective to cutting root and paving plastic film vertically with this machine.It＇s proved by the study and test that using the machine can increase the cropper output of the cropland side-effected by the shelter belt to the nera normal cropland＇s 90%.
