摘要
针对旋耕灭茬施肥播种联合作业机高位排种、低位投种的作业特点,进行了排种器导种管曲线形状的设计研究。为减小种子与管壁的碰撞,根据排出口种子作向后抛射运动情况,将导种管前段曲线设计成抛物线;为使种子在管内滑行时间最短,同时又具有合适的着地角和着地速度,导种管后段曲线设计成一摆线。台架试验证明:排种轮转速在20~30r/min工作范围内,播种均匀性变异系数最高为13.2%,明显低于国家标准,达到了预期效果。
According to the characteristics of co-operation machine of Rotary tiller fertilization sowing which discharged seeds at high position and threw seeds at low position,the design of seed tub curve was carried out and researched.For reducing the collision between seeds and pipe wall,according to the backward projectile motion that the discharged seeds do,the front section curve of seeds guiding tube was designed as the parabola;For the time that the seeds slide in the tube is shortest and the touchdown angle and speed are appropriate simultaneously,the following section curve of seeds guiding tube was designed as cycloid.The rack experiment proved that the highest vale of coefficient of variation of uniformity of seeding is 13.2% when the rotary speed of discharging seeds wheel is between 20r/min and 30r/min,it is smaller than the national standards obviously and has achieved expectation effect.
