摘要
运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对转子铣刀进行模态分析,避免铣刀在高速旋转下的共振现象发生。建立转子铣刀茎秆切割有限元模型,进行功耗仿真试验,采用正交试验的方法,以转子铣刀在切割茎秆时耗能为试验指标,以转子铣刀的厚度、刃角和转速为试验因素,找出耗能的显著影响因素,从而确定最优组合的转子铣刀作业参数。
Modality analysis was carried out on the rotor cutter by ANSYS/LS-DYNA,to avoid the happening of sympathetic vibration in a high-speet rotating.Modal analysis of rotor cutter and simulation of stalk chopping is realized,When the rotor cutter cut the stalk,dissipation energy as the experiment index,thickness,angle of throat and speed as the experiment factor to find out the significant factor by orthogonal test,optimal working parameters of the rotor cutting was defined.
