摘要 设计了一种基于CC-Link现场总线的温室大棚监控系统,给出现场总线控制系统的定义,详述了CC-Link网络在温室大棚中的应用,并给出了具体的设计方法和步骤。实验表明,采用CC-Link网络系统极大地提高了系统的实时性与可靠性,实现了远程控制中心、现场控制以及现场设备间通讯的无缝连接,完成了执行器件的闭环控制,实现温室内的空气流动,使得各个参量均衡调节。该系统具有结构简单、可靠性高、扩展性好以及布线灵活等特点。 A design scheme of the remote control system based on CC-Link network system for greenhouse is presented in the paper.It presents the basic definition of Field bus control system.And the specific design method of CC-Link in the greenhouse is provided.The experimental results show that real-time and reliability of the system are greatly enhanced based on CC-Link network system,and realized seamless communication between the remote control center, on-site control room and on-site device.The closed-loop control between each unit of implementations are achieved,the air convection in greenhouse is realized,the regulation of various parameters is balanced.The system has the following features,such as simple structure,high reliability,good extensibility and flexible configuration.
