微生物菌剂对条垛式堆肥中氮素变化的影响 被引量:8

摘要 以牛粪和玉米秸秆为堆肥原料,采用条垛式堆肥方式进行堆肥,研究了接种微生物菌剂WSC和SS对堆肥发酵过程中的温度、全氮(T-N)、氨态氮(NH4+-N)、硝态氮(NO3--N)及堆肥产品品质的影响。结果表明:添加微生物菌剂WSC和SS的堆肥处理,分别在堆肥6天和12天达到45℃,维持时间均为25天,而对照仅维持17天。堆肥结束时,与CK相比,接种菌剂WSC和SS处理的全氮含量分别提高11.3%与6.6%,硝态氮含量分别提高56.4%与43.6%,氨态氮含量分别降低76.7%与15.1%。接种菌剂WSC和SS处理的堆体温度均比对照上升速度快,高温维持时间长,接菌可以增加堆肥的N,P,K养分含量,改善堆肥产品质量。 Windrow composting experiments were carried out using mixtures of dairy manure and cornstalk as materials.The effects of two microbial inocula WSC and SS on nitrogen content changes and nitrogen loss were investigated during windrow composting.The dynamical changes of temperature,the contents of total-N,NH4+-N,NO3——N and the compost qualities of the different composting treatments with and without microbial inoculum were measured.The results showed that the temperature of compost heap under treatments of microbial inocula WSC and SS increased up to 45 ℃ after the first 6 and 12 days,respectively,and the duration of more than 45 ℃ of two heaps maintained 25 days,while the duration of more than 45 ℃ of heap temperature of the uninoculated treatment was just 17 days.The content of T-N and NO3——N under the treatment of WSC and SS were more than 11.3% and 6.6%,56.4% and 43.6%,and the content of NH4+-N was less than 76.7% and 15.1% at the end of composting,compared of control,respectively.The treatments inoculated with WSC and SS had higher temperature,longer duration of high temperature of compost heap,and higher contents of total-N,total-P and total-K,and improved the compost quality significantly,compared of control.
