犁式刮刀生物质粉定量喂料器的喂料特性分析

摘要 在生物质热解反应器中,生物质粉喂料器的性能对热解过程有较大的影响。为了提高生物质粉喂料量的均匀性和稳定性,设计制作了一种犁式刮刀生物质粉定量喂料器,并进行了生物质粉的喂料实验。实验物料为玉米秸秆粉,粒径分别为20~30目、40~60目、60~80目,物料高度为300~380mm。通过对20~30目、40~60目、60~80目及未筛分的玉米秸粉的喂料实验,得到了生物质粉喂料量与犁式刮刀转速的关系和喂料速率与物料高度的关系,并且对3种粒径及未筛分物料的实际下料量进行了比较。实验结果表明:所用物料都可以实现稳定连续下料;粒径越小的物料在相同转速下下料量越大;粒径较大及未筛分的物料落料量较少,但更容易控制;喂料器转速相同物料高度在一定范围(300~380mm)内对下料量的影响很小。 The feeding characteristics of the feedstock in the biomass pyrolytic reactor has an important effect on the pyrolysis process.In order to improve the uniformity and stability of the feedstock,a rotary plough feeder was designed and its feeding characteristics was studied.Corn stalk powders were used for the experiments.Particle sizes used varied were 20~30,40~60,60~80 meshes and unsieved,the stack height varied from 380mm to 300mm.The relationships between the powder feeding rate and rotating speed,the feeding rate and stalk height were determined.Experimental results shows that all the feedstocks could be fed accurately and continuously,and the smaller the particle size,the higher the feeding rate at the same rotating speed.The feeding rates for larger particles and unsieved biomass powders are relatively low but could be better controlled.The stack height,ranging from 300~380mm,has a little effect on feeding rate.
