摘要
为了提高农用运输车行驶的平顺性,利用AMESim软件设计了农用车辆前后轮不同悬架弹簧与减振器连接形式、采用或未采用悬架参数自整定PID调节的模型,并根据模型得到了悬架振动位移图。从仿真结果可以看出:采用参数自整定PID调节的农用车辆悬架,无论是乘坐的舒适性,还是对路面的动载,都得到了很好的改善,控制效果显著。
In order to improve the ride performance of the farm transporter,the software AMESim was used to design the models,including different connection form between suspension spring and shock absorber and PID parameter self-tuning to the suspension being applied or not.Form the model,the vibration displacement charts to the suspension were obtained.From the simulation result,the performance to the farm transporter's suspension applied PID parameter self-tuning was improved greatly in two aspect: ride comfort and road dynamic load,controlling effect is significant.
