摘要
CCD型航空侦察相机由于存储量大,一般每次可拍摄数千张图像,快门曝光次数频繁,因此对其工作的可靠性和使用寿命提出了更高的要求。设计了一种新型高可靠性、长寿命帘幕式焦面快门,帘幕采用金属的钛箔材料,无需齿轮组传动,克服了传统的该类型快门的诸多弊端,保障了帘幕快门的使用寿命;且通过DSP控制整个系统,提高了控制精度。实验结果表明,快门在1/1200~1/150 s曝光时间范围内连续可调,对图像灰度均匀性的影响小于6%,使用寿命预计可达30万次以上。
The CCD-type aerial reconnaissance camera has large memory capacity,which can take thousands of images each time with the shutter exposing frequently.Therefore,the shutter should have high reliability and long service life.A new type of high reliability,long life focal plane curtain shutter was designed.The curtain was made of titanium foil and no gear needed,thus the traditional shortcomings of the many types of shutter were overcome,and the life of the shutter curtain was guaranteed.Through the DSP control of the entire system,the control precision was improved.The experimental result showed that this curtain-type shutter ran steadily and reliably.The exposure time can be adjusted continuously from 1/1200 s to 1/150 s.The effect of exposure time accuracy of the shutter is below 6%.And the useful life attains three hundred thousand times.
