CD44两株功能抗体的特性比较

摘要 目的:比较CD44两株功能抗体HI313及HI44a的特性。方法:对HI313和HI44a进行亲和力检测和竞争抑制分析。结果:THP-1、KG1a细胞与HI313相对亲和力分别为0.180 2μg/mL和0.200 7μg/mL,与HI44a的相对亲和力分别为0.525 1μg/mL和0.883 3μg/mL。HI44a与HI313识别不同抗原表位。结论:HI313、HI44a是两株具有高亲和力的小鼠抗人CD44功能抗体,为后期基因工程改造和治疗性基因抗体的生产提供了选择。
