髋臼骨折治疗方法进展

摘要 髋臼骨折是累及髋关节的高能量损伤,因其位置深、解剖关系复杂,且多合并其他部位的损伤,治疗难度较大。随着交通事故伤、坠落伤等严重创伤的增多,髋臼骨折也日趋增多,以往对髋臼骨折多采用保守治疗,但卧床时间长,并发症多,常发生关节早期退变或股骨头缺血性坏死,往往无法恢复股骨头与髋臼的匹配关系,疗效不佳。随着诊疗技术的不断提高及内固定新器材的出现,切开复位内固定的应用越来越广泛,
