心肺复苏术后致慢性缺氧后肌阵挛1例

摘要 目的探讨心肺复苏术后致慢性缺氧后肌阵挛的临床特点及治疗,提高对该病的认识及早期诊治。方法 1例慢性缺氧后肌阵挛患者给予氯硝安定、丙戊酸钠、拉莫三嗪、帕罗西汀、盐酸乙派立松等治疗。结果 1例慢性缺氧后肌阵挛患者症状基本得到控制,在随访中。结论氯硝安定联合丙戊酸钠治疗可作为慢性缺氧后肌阵挛的一线用药,该病远期预后相对较好,需长期随访。 Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment patterns of chronic posthypoxic myospasm following cardiopulmonary resuscitation and to improve the awareness and early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods One case of chronic posthypoxic myospasm following cardiopulmonary resuscitation was treated with clonazepam,valproate,lamotrigine,paroxetine and eperisone hydrochloride.Results Symptoms were considered to be under control in the patient at follow-up.Conclusion Clonazepam combined with valproate may be used as the first-line treatment of chronic posthypoxic myospasm following cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and the patients require long-term follow-up with a relatively good long-term prognosis.
