基于关联性的个体网络与整体网络分析——以天津滨海新区的经理人员组织网络为例

Study on the Relationship Between Individual Network and Unitary Network——Take Tianjin Binhai Newly Developed Area for Example

基于经理层社会网络和区域创新网络的关联性,以天津滨海新区的经理人员基本组织网络与智力资本作为研究对象,对个体网络与整体网络之间的关系提出相应假设,并采用相关统计方法,系统描述论证了二者的现状、特征及二者间关联,为后续实证分析及其现实应用的展开提供了必要参考。

This article based on the relationship between the manager＇ network and the RIN,took the managers＇ organizational network and intellective capital from Tianjin Binhai newly developed area as the research sample, then got some supposeg which corresponding to the relation. Finally, took statistical method to analyze the actuality, characters and the relationship, supporting the academic and the practical foundation for the demonstrative research.
