摘要
食品质量安全面临着新的形势,食品质量与安全专业的知识结构和课程体系的建设处于起步阶段。从分析食品质量与安全专业的现状,并结合武夷学院的办学特点和优势,重点探讨开设该专业的必要性,专业人才培养目标与方向、建设方案、预期成效等内容,为我校食品质量与安全专业建设提供参考。
Food quality and safety is facing new situation, the professional knowledge structure and the construction of curriculum system of food quality and safety speciality are in the initial stage. From the analysis of the current situation, combination with the features and advantages of wuyi University, focus on the necessity of the establishmen4 personnel training target and direction, construction scheme, expected result in this papper, with the hope of providing reference for its development.
