二战后,美国和欧盟的城市化出现分散趋势,但由于城市化政策差异,其城市化模式具有很大的不同。美欧城市化模式对各自的城市空间与功能发展、对社会经济产生了深远的影响。通过美欧城市化政策、模式影响的比较,从长期的经济活力与可持续发展的角度而言,能为当今我国的城市化理论与实践提供重要的借鉴与参考。

After War Two, a trend of dispersion appears in the urbanization progress of US and EU, but because of the difference of the urbanization policies, the urbanization modes are quite different. The urbanization modes of US and EU have influenced their urban space, function development, society and economy very much. Be comparing the influences of urbanization policies and modes of US and EU, this paper provides a important reference for the theories and fulfillment of Chinese urbanization from the angle of long-term economic vitality and keeping development.
