拓展训练引入高校体育课的可行性研究——以中北大学为例

Feasible Study on introduced of Outward Bound in Physical Education Class in Colleges——A Case Study on North University

通过对中北大学在校大学生进行问卷调查,了解其对拓展训练的需求,进而分析拓展训练引入中北大学体育课的可行性及其价值。此项研究将为中北大学开展拓展训练提供依据,同时也为其他高校引入拓展训练课程提供理论参考。

Through surveying students of the North University,the paper understanded their needs to Outward Bound,and analysed feasibility and value of Outward Bound in Physical Education Class.The study can provide the basis for developing Outward Bound in North University,and it can provide references for the other Colleges.
