普通高校体育教师专业化现状的调查研究

Investigation for the Current Situation of PE Teachers' Specialization in Universities

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对普通高校体育教师专业化现状进行了研究,结果表明:普通高校体育教师在专业知能方面最欠缺的是教育专业知识和科研创新能力;在专业道德方面缺乏爱岗敬业的精神;在专业发展方面,大多数普通高校教师都参加过培训;在专业训练方面,从学历化逐步走向资格化;在专业组织上,没有一个专门的组织能为其提供优质的服务;在专业自主方面,虽有一定的专业自主权,但是与义务相比,显得微不足道。

In the study,the PE teachers＇ specialization stabus in universities was studied through the method of documentary,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistical method and so on.The result shows： In term of the professional competency,PE teachers in universities are in lack of professional knowledge and scientific innovative abilities.In respect of professional ethics,what lack most is cherishing posts and devoting wholeheartedly to work.In the professional development,most college teachers have participated in training;In professional training,they were transformed from the record of education to qualification gradually;In professional organization,never a special organization can provide them with quality service;Regarding the professional autonomy,they have certain autonomy of teaching profession,but appeared to be insignificant when compared with obligation.
