营区是部队日常工作、生活、训练和战备不可缺少的场所,营区建设是军队后勤保障的重要组成部分。随着科技水平的日益发展,中国特色新军事变革的不断推进,在科技强军理念的推动下,我军现代化建设水平不断提升,军队营房建设工作面临着难得的机遇和挑战。建设现代化营区,加强部队营区建设的智能化水平,是当前及今后我军营房工作的主要任务,也是我军营房设计和建设需要重点考虑的问题。采用智能化营区的建设思路,提高部队营区建设的高新技术含量和居住环境水平,实现对部队营区的现代化高效管理,为广大官兵提供完善的、高质量的管理和服务,是我军现代营区建设的重要方向趋势。

Barracks are the essential places for modern military＇s daily working,living and training.Therefore military barracks constructing is an important component of military logistics support.With the development of technology,further improvement of new revolution in military with Chinese characteristics,as well as the continuous promotion of the concept of＂trengthening the military with technology＂the level of military modernization in China has recorded successive improvement.Meanwhile,military barracks constructing is facing increasing and inevitable opportunities and challenges.To strengthen the standard of intellectualized constructing of modern military barracks is a major task as well as an important academic topic in the current and future development of military barracks design and construction.Applying the concept of intellectualization on military barracks constructing in order to enhance the technical support and living environment of modern military barracks and to provide comprehensive and high-quality management and services for military forces,is an important trend in modern military barracks constructing in the future.
