摘要
这些年来,我们在未成年人保护立法无论从理念上还是制度建设上都上了一个大台阶,立法比以前完善了许多。但是,仍然有大量的专门性立法缺失。笔者主要从几个对儿童的生存权与发展权具有重要影响的方面来简要分析我国目前儿童权利保护的专门立法状况。
In recent years,we have made great progress on the legislation of protecting children＇s right in ideas and systems.The legislation on it has improved a lot.But there is great lack of special legislation.The author analyzed the situation of special legislation of protecting children＇s right in China from several important aspects which affect children＇s survival and development.
