对“体改班”法律课程教学改革的探索

Exploration on Teaching Reform on Law Course for Experimental Class

法律课程在"体改班"课程体系中属于"专业通识课"。当前"体改班"法律课程在教学中存在的问题主要是:学生专业背景的差异性,使得课程教学内容不好处理,难易程度不好把握;教学内容多与教学课时少的矛盾;法律基本知识讲授与强化实践教学的矛盾;教材建设与实践需求滞后的矛盾。建议从教学内容、教学方法、考核方式、教材建设方面进行课程改革和创新,突出警察职业能力的培养,以尽快适应新形势下培养基层公安专门人才的要求。

Law course is the general class of major in curriculum system of experimental class. At present, there are several defects in law course of experimental class, great di^calties in treating teaching contents and difficulty level because of the difference of students＇ major background, the contradiction between teaching contents and less teaching hours, the contradiction between basic knowledge on law and the stress on practical teaching, the contradiction between teaching material construction and backward practical demands. It is advised to have course reform and cultivation on teaching contents, teaching methods, assessment way and teaching material construction so as to highlight the cultivation of police＇ s professional competence and adapt to the demands of cultivating talents in grass -root public security organs.
