乌司他汀联合丹参在急性胰腺炎中的治疗作用

Therapeutic effects of ulinastatin combined with salvia miltiorrhiza on acute pancreatitis

目的探讨乌司他汀联合丹参在急性胰腺炎中的治疗作用。方法 35例急性胰腺炎患者根据用药情况分为3组,即:常规治疗组(A组)11例,乌司他汀治疗组(B组)12例,乌司他汀联合丹参治疗组(C组)12例。观察3组患者腹部症状、体征缓解时间,治疗第5 d和第10 d生化指标改善情况。结果与A组和B组相比,C组患者在改善腹部症状、体征,降低血淀粉酶、白细胞计数和C反应蛋白方面疗效显著。结论在常规治疗基础上,联合使用乌司他汀和丹参治疗急性胰腺炎,有利于控制炎症反应,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of ulinastatin combined with salvia mihiorrhiza on acute pancreatitis. Methods 35 patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into 3 groups according to pharmacotherapy differences ： routine treatment group（ group A, n = 11 ）, ulinastatin treatment group（ group B, n = 12）, ulinastatin combined with salvia miltiorrhiza treatment group（ group C ,n = 12）. The abdominal symptoms,time of relieving physical signs and improvement in biochemical indicators 5 d and 10 d after the treatment in all the 3 groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with group A and B, the therapeutic effects of group C on improving abdominal symptoms and physical signs, decreasing hemodiastase, white blood count and C reactive protein were more significant. Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy, the treatment of acute pancreatitis with ulinastatin plus salvia mihiorrhiza can control the inflammatorv reaction and improve the therapeutic results more effectively.
